In 2001, Total Eden acquired Elegant Landscapes Pty Ltd, a Perth based company originally established in the early 80’s. Today Elegant Landscapes runs a number of divisions including commercial construction, commercial & residential maintenance and residential construction working on projects with some of Perth’s largest builders & developers thus making the company well recognised within the construction industry. Under our commercial division, our works are predominantly large construction projects such as landscaping new Primary Schools, Hospitals, Estate Street Landscaping, large public open spaces and Shopping Complexes, with many of these projects providing ongoing maintenance contracts for our maintenance division. Our Maintenance Division currently undertake the landscape maintenance on a contractual basis for a large number of property management companies and other organisations. Elegant Landscapes have been involved in the installation of residential landscaping packages since approximately 2001, for a number of different developers with subdivisions in the metro area.
